First time visiting Japan and have a couple questions about where to get Ultimate

Hello, so I'm visiting Japan with a few of my friends and I'm trying to find out how to get my hands on a few copies of the game.

Does anyone know what time it's exactly dropping in Japan?

If it's releasing at midnight is there any shops that are typically open at that time?

Are there any ultimate tournaments being held in Japan over the next few days? I'd like to get my ass kicked a few times to make the experience better haha

Thanks for any help you can give!

Edit: I am in Tokyo, the Shinjuku area.
