New order of charms

The charms are now in a new and different order to before. I don't see any particular purpose to it.

It's strange to me that they've not yet added a filter so you can have them sorted, i.e. from most used to least or by rarity. I'm also surprised they've not added a favourites list. It's something so basic it's strange. The actual rank charms I hope to heck they change for next year because they often suck.

I didn't check if they've done the same for charms, but they've now included the option to apply to all for a weapon skin unlocked (about time). This feature is okay, though maybe in need of revision, as nowadays with so many operators, with different unique skins available, fewer people will want to use the same skin on all OPs.
