Favourite performance of a Shakespeare monologue on film?

Doesn’t even have to be in a Shakespearean adaptation so to speak, but what actor do you think has made the most impact on you with the Bard’s words?

For me I’d have to say it’s Richard E. Grant delivering the Hamlet soliloquy of ‘What a piece of work is a man’. For a Shakespearean adaptation, it’d be tough but probably something from Ian McKellen’s Richard III.
