Epic games issue

I purchased the starter pack because it provided the exact number of vbucks I needed to finish the pass and get dire. However, it says that they voided the purchase and it would be refunded in 3-5 days, not giving me the vbucks. I submitted a support email but it’s been 3 hours with no response. Is there a fix? Thanks in advance.
