[Florida] How much of a discount should I expect on year-end clearance?

I keep seeing these commercials on TV from the local Honda dealerships that reference to clearance sales on year-end (2018) models.

How much of a discount should I expect or are these advertisements just a marketing ploy to get me to the dealership?

I'm interested in a 2018 Honda CR-V EX or maybe a 2018 Honda Accord 1.5 w/ the transmission buttons.

Also, how difficult is it to get financing? My credit score is 730 (TransUnion) and my income is $2650 (self-employed). I have $11K-$13K to put down.
