STR Perfect Cell Best Demigod

I have tested all demigods, what they offer to a team, linkset, passive, and I believe specifically this demigod outshines the 4 others especially. STR Perfect Cell is a very well rounded villain unit that is mainly a hard hitter, with beautiful links and can build up his defense to even take less from hits during the fight. Him having Big bad bosses is extremely useful helping output even more and tank better. Now Teq golden frieza is right under cell, while he is still a very solid unit his tanking is very viable on a team and he can deal some decent damage on movie bosses at best, but nowhere near cell of course. Frieza could've been equivalent to cell because of his versatility and viable defense but his damage output is extremely underwhelming and that hp restriction still holds him back considering tougher events like SBR and EZAs.
