I'm seriously going crazy

I don't know what the hell is going on. I found shit on my pillow when I got home last night at 2AM and I was so tired that I assumed I was just seeing things and went to bed anyway. Now my face is covered in the stuff and I'm afraid I'm gonna get sick or something. What the hell is happening?
