Friend and I switched for the Airpods. I got the text, she didn’t

My friend and I both individually switched to Metro PCS and bought iPhone 6s’ on the unlimited plan. Today I got my text message to claim my free airpods, however she has not. Any idea on what we could do? She activated multiple lines and they put her on a family plan if that helps (because idk if that disqualifies her since they were still unlimited)
