Short rant light whip

Worked a twelve hour day earlier this week due to two callouts. Two more callouts today and no one wants to be a team player and help out. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to stay a few minutes late or come in a few minutes early. I'm sick, too, but there's no other SSVs who can cover me so here I am, head pounding, working through my lunch break in order to remain functioning as a business and get things done and no support from other management. At some point, I just think about how there's got to be a better way.
