Has anyone here gone to college using the benefits that Walmart provides?

My brother in law was telling me about how Walmart will basically charge you $1 from your paycheck if you decide to go to college (or at least, any college that is associated with Walmart or something like that). Clearly I don't know how this all works, it honestly sounded too good to be true, especially for Walmart. I told my brother in law I'd look more into it but I wanted to see what people who have actually used this benefit have to say about it?
