Wouldn’t it be better to put at least a cone in the street?

People would boost it or the wind would blow it away or it would otherwise be removed before it came to any practical use.

They have these in Colorado but some of them go higher than this!

I'd hate to have to use that.
It is for when your brakes go out and the sand/gravel is a last ditch effort to slow down.
