Vim Syntax highlighting for things like Moops or Kavorka

I work mostly in Vim, and one thing that's unfortunate is modules that add functionality/new syntax won't have their keywords recognized by vim, so they just show up as white. Does anyone know how to solve this? I'm talking about things like class, method, etc. Thanks!
