How the hell did I do 47k+ damage in Mayhem?

Was on my fifth game for the weekly crucible matches, picked Mayhem for the last few. Was running Slowva with the Dire Ahamkara helm (like shards of gal, but for Nova Bomb). Kinetic Bow, Wavesplitter, Play of the Game. We won the match after trailing for a bit. I got some cool kills like everybody does in Mayhem, but nothing super special.

How did I own so hard? Or, more realistically, what the hell went wrong/bugged out? I saved a recording of the game and I'm going to watch it now to see if anything stands out, is there anything I should be looking for specifically?
