iPhone 6 Plus Battery Replacement

Hi. I have a Genius Bar appointment on Tuesday to have my battery replace on my 6 Plus. The capacity is at 79% and my battery health says that it is significantly degraded. Will I still be eligible for the $29 replacement promotion if the water indicator inside is orange? There phone was once dropped in water, but only the screen needed replacing, at a non Apple repair shop. However, the water indicator inside is orange. Can I still get the $29 battery replacement.
