I've had a killer with such terrible ping i couldn't struggle on hook. It didn't let me message him after the game

I was just trying to have a normal game and this wraith was so laggy he would just teleport 10 meters sometimes and when I was on my second hook even though I was tapping I just died. As you can tell I'm salty and want to message the killer. At least tell him to disconnect some of his devices from the wifi so i can at least tap. But when I went to message him it didn't let me view his profile which i needed to message him. I'm a Xbox noob so i looked him up under "Find someone" and it showed a different person then this guy. I atleast want to tell him that he needs to reduce his ping but if i can't even talk to them to tell them this. This needs a fix because i don't want more people to get this same unfair death when the simple solution is just to tell him to him to turn off some of his devices connections to the wifi. Or atleast bring endgame chat to console.
