Final fantasy 14 garuda race?

Does anyone have garuda as a playable race in 5e I know there's a homebrew 3.5 verson on playground but was hoping someone might already have it converted.(yes I know it's basically an aarakocra but I would like to think of it as its own thing even if they are similar.
