What’s going on with SM’s lack of EXO promo?

SM continues to treat them like shit. Obviously not surprised, but as a huge fan of them, it’s upsetting. They’ve only done 3 music shows and the last one was today. After the way Tempo got shitted on, I had higher hopes for Love Shot to be promoted more, and now it’s already over! EXO is still SM’s most popular group and they still bring in more money than anyone else. So why the bad treatment?

Are they: A) trying to make room/give more attention for newer groups like RV and NCT by ignoring EXO? (I know this is a trend with SM).

B) trying to bully EXO into resigning longer contracts? (I heard this happened with SNSD)

C) not wanting to waste money on promoting EXO when they know people will buy their stuff no matter what?

D) punishing fans for boycotting certain products after the poor treatment EXO got during Tempo promotion?

E) something else?????

I just need answers. I know no one really has them, but what do y’all think? As a big fan of EXO, this is incredibly frustrating.
