Competitive Smashers, how do you enjoy playing with casuals?

As someone who has taken competitive Smash seriously for years, I'm having a really hard time playing with casual friends outside of that scene. Playing at game nights with friends drives me crazy. Rules are loose, FS meters on all the time, stage hazards, no teams (team attack off too), everyones throwing low IQ moves, it's madness. Obviously Smash can be enjoyed many ways, that's the beauty of it. But its difficult for me to have a good time in anything other than 1v1s and 2v2s with competitive rulesets in place.

Does anyone else feel this way? Do you put up with all the casual antics?
