[iOS] [4.24.0] Clicked links go back to “unread” after a while

My problem is that posts I have already clicked on/viewed go back to “unread” after a while (meaning the font color goes back to white, whereas it goes gray - and should actually stay gray - after clicking on the link).

I am not exactly sure how after how much time this happens or whether it’s correlated with closing the app.

Current version of iOS on iPhone 8.
