What is the best 4213 manager?

I have seen them pop up but they are always low rated and none really seem to have very good tactics. Often with very low compactness and high defensive line. I do like 433 but really miss having an AM, especially with Messi being in A form every week. I have been looking for Koeman for two months now but he hasn’t popped up (even on the last day of the month refresh) And I’m also concerned as defensively he seems quite open when ever I play against him. But that could just be the opposition.

On a side note, is 4231 a worth while alternative? I hated it last year and am not often troubled by it when I come up against it. Then again, that might just be poor players again not utilising the system. I have J. Garcia’s 4231, but the 3 are all AMs. I was really excited by that idea when I saw it but in practice i find it hard to create goal scoring chances. Especially against 433 formations which 80% of players use.
