what is Trichotillomania? how old does it start? and how to get help ?

and how do you get it ? and what causes it ? and anything else would be brilliant

only asking as my daughter is 8 and pulls her eyelashes out but she cant stop and when i ask her why she dont know?

i need as much help as im not getting help of anyone they must thing im making it up even when i show photos and they look at her eyes, please help me to help my little girl
