New to the game. Relatively good PC very bad Framerate. Any way to improve?

I'm new to the game. I have an i5 8300h and a 1050ti 4gb acer laptop. Other newer games run fine but i get below 60 fps in mabinogi outside. Is there a way to fix this or am I just stuck with this bad fps.
