28F4M - Wasted (Post Apocalyptic/Fallout)(Non-con)

He's been walking for hours. Life has become a lot of walking lately, but there was a lot of distance between towns now and aside from scrounging for supplies, what was there left to do in life but walk? The world had moved on. He hadn't seen anything alive for miles and miles now, but after a few moments he starts to hear an echo of footsteps behind him. Two for every one of his own. It could be raiders or just another wasteland wanderer like himself - or something worse.

The truth was the thing behind him was no raider, no wanderer or monster at all. The truth was the raiders had hit her settlement what felt like weeks ago. The truth was that she knew a hole in the wall that lead outside and fled while the others were slaughtered. The truth was she had been walking since then and had only found a few merciful swallows of only barely radiated water. The truth was she was starving.

The red headed girl saw him walking from a ways off and began shuffling toward him. She had caught up a ways back but had only recently started getting messy. She was no longer timing her steps with his, she wasn't walking on soft ground trying to mask her steps. Her right hand loosely held a baseball bat, the bat covered in someone or something's blood. Her blue eyes were lidded and her mouth half opened. She looked more like a zombie than a girl. Was she a girl? The jacket she wore made it hard to tell, but there were long curly strands of red hair falling out of her baseball cap.

What does he do?

Short prompt but looking to do some kind of post apocalyptic/fallout scene. We could start off differently too, maybe she's a vault dweller and you break in and find her there, all alone. Maybe you're not very human at all. We can figure something out! I have an idea or two but I'd rather talk out the details with you. Also - there's a couple other ideas in my post history if you want to check out those too!
