3 week old with enteroviral meningitis.

Hello whoever is reading this. I’m a gastroenterologist and I have never encountered this case. Nobody at my hospital knows what to do. What treatment would you recommend on a 3 week old with enteroviral meningitis? Please help. I’ve been reading about this and it does not look good.
