How do I join the men's adult soccer league in Starhill Sports Center in Tolland?

I already called and they don't have pickup/open play sessions like in Oakwood or East Windsor. They basically told me to bring a team and register for their league. I wish I could but that's unrealistic.

Anyone currently playing in a team there or knows how it works in Starhill? I'm looking for a connection.

Thanks!
