Radial Menu on PC

Hello everyone,

so I've recently bought MHW and fell immediately in love with it. The maps are stunning and full of wildlife and the monsters are so gosh darn cool. I ended up playing more than 40 hrs in the last 2 weeks and although I really enjoy it, the radial menu really frustrates me. I've died a dozen times because I wasn't fast enough equipping a mantle I needed or popping an antidote and I really have no dang idea how to use the radial menu on PC. Does anyone have any tips or explanations on it? Did I maybe oversee some important text box? I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out.
