Need help with finding "symmetry" for the piercings I want and have!

Hi guys - if it matters, all my piercings are made from titanium!

I have up to a 6 gauge in spacers for both my ears and don't want to go any larger. One hoop cartilage piercing on my left ear, but planning to get a second one for the double hoop look.

For my right ear, I want an industrial piercing OR an upper lobe piercing for a dangle arrow earring. Not sure about getting the industrial because healing times are so long for most people and I've heard it's really painful. I got my one cartilage piercing a little over a year ago and it still hurts when touched, no infections though. Really debating the industrial but love the look of it.

I have my right nipple pierced and I'm also debating whether or not to just get the left one done too. I like the asymmetry of my nipples though haha!

I've been told I would look good with a hooped nose piercing? May look into getting that as well. It would be on the right nostril.
