Help! It's my first time brewing a cedh deck and I would really appreciate some feedback or optimization before I build it

Hey competitive folks, currently I am building a Thrasios Tymna flash hulk deck with a dramatic reversal backup plan, right now I am debating a few things, mainly adding hermit druid, and what the best cards are for their buck. What I need help with is optimizing my card choices , the list may look expensive but I own all the $30 plus cards, the only upgrades I can do at this moment are 15 dollars or less, but suggestions would be appreciated.
