[PC] W: Decontamination arch plans, a legendary rifle, or caps. H: 3-star Flamer

I have a level 50, 3-star Anti-armor Flamer:

• +50 Damage Resistance while aiming

• Ignores 50% of your target's armor

• Bashing damage increased by 40%

My first preference is for plans for a decontamination arch (I haven't managed to catch a SQ fight yet). Barring that, I am willing to consider other legendary rifles in trade. If none of that is possible we may be able to hammer out a caps price.

This is my first trade using this subreddit, so let me know if there's something I'm missing about the process. Thanks!
