[FNV] What are some good non-story changing small mods?

Right now this is my current lineup of mods

As well as the one where you can look down and see yourself

Im wanting some more like these, ive been playing new vegas a crap ton since 2011(1.1k hours) and only recently got back into it, Im wondering what you guys might think would be some quality of life/flavor type mods as well as maybe cut-content(i say that as there are a lot of mods for cut content but not a whole lot of feedback as to which dont break the game) I really want to get something to make vats a lot faster(remove the slow mo in general) and slaving for the legion(i have near death) Just post some recommendations in the thread please.
