My Asshole hurts whenever anything happens to it

So earlier today I wanted to finger my asshole and applied Dove shampoo on my hand, then I shoved my finger up my ass

Now whenever I try to shove my finger up my asshole it feels like something sharp is getting through my ass and it’s a sharp pain

Also my ass is pink What should I do to reverse the effects
