I (22M) am in love with a girl (22F) that I just met last month in college. How do I show her that I care about her?

Just a quick backstory, I’m a recently graduated senior and in love with this girl from a different state. She went to the same school as me (before I graduated yesterday) and now I’m not sure what to do. We slept together a few times and had really great rapport but I have this nagging feeling like she really doesn’t want to have anything to do with me. When we were together during the latter part of the school year, I would call and get only her voicemail, especially over the holidays (Thanksgiving). I just want some insight, has anyone on here gone through something similar?? Keep in mind that I’m planning on moving to DC this week so idk if she wants me to make a grand gesture and come out to see her maybe? Or just leave it alone so that we can go or separate ways...
