Slide on Gamepad (PC)

I like to have slide bound to a click of the left stick and sprint to LB. I've returned to the game after a little while and the slide just doesn't work the same anymore.

I have to hold the stick down, rather than just click it, or I get a roll and if I release the stick before pressing jump, it stops sliding, which messes up my bullet jump!

Bit of a longshot, but is anyone knows what i'm talking about and knows if it can be fixed, I would be most grateful!

I think the problem is De have tried to 'help' by putting the crouch, roll and slide all under one command. Ideally I would like the left stick to just be slide, I don't care if I can't roll, I never use it!
