Need advice for siding

Hello I'm a old player, I'm rather good at building a deck and the side too, but I don't know how to side (like what card to remove for what card in the side), I have not done any serious tournaments for a long time (2 years or so), and the last times it was at some locals, it took me 3/4 minutes for the side, and that's very long. So, the problem is not the build, but how to side without hesitating too much on the cards to remove and to add. I don't think I really need to check what top players do on their side, since I already know that. That's why I come to ask for some help here, may it be coming from meta players or not (I precise I play mostly more fun/rogue decks, but I still aim for quite high level plays).
