Does Pete’s weight match his body in the game?

So I was checking out Pete in the Underwear costume, then was browsing through his character bio, and in it it states Pete is 5’10” 164Lbs. He looks way to bulky to be that weight and that heigh, but I’m not a body builder by any means. Anyone knowledgeable on the subject able to give the possible ‘realness’ of Pete’s body type?
