Anyone removed bumps on their head?

I need to shave/buzz my head and I’m absolutely terrified. I’m a very self conscious person - I have two bumps on my head and I feel that if I’m not being self conscious of my hair, with it gone I’ll be self conscious about the bumps.

Aside from the visual element, the barber has nicked them before and I will end up doing the same so think I should get them removed to make the trims easier. Has anyone had experience with removing bumps or moles from their head?
