Is there still a 7 day trade hold for csgo items?

I recently got back into the game and want to trade some of my tf2 items for csgo items (even tho my laptop is trash) and I know that there was an update in early 2018 (i think) that made it where whenever you would trade an item you couldn't trade it for 7 days.

Is this still going on?

Should i get back into csgo trading?
