Photo Kiosks

Are other stores' kiosks just as faulty as ours? The touch screen is awful, no matter the amount of calibrations. It seems to never see the photos the customers want to use and now it's having problems even connecting to phones. They've always been bad. Never, ever have they been good, but it's gotten really unbearable as of late. I try and tell management but I've just been told to wait for the next update (as if it gets constant updates). Even opened a ticket once to no avail. It's not fair to be yelled at by customers for junk machinery you have nothing to do with.
