What do you do if you’re pretty sure you should have the Overachiever Sails but don’t?

By what the scant information I can actually find about the change and getting the sails, I should have it. I’m certain I earned the Dawn Caller one, but now it says I don’t have the commendation and my numbers are all wrong on a few of the changed commendations. Is there a support number I can call where they can give me my commendation back or am I screwed out of my special sails?
