AMD or Intel

Build Upgrade

Current build: Intel core i5 6600k 2 x 16GB Corsair RAM Gigabyte GTX 1070 Evga 500W PSU HyperX 128GB SSD Motherboard unknown (possibly MSI B360M)

My budget is around £550 ($690) I’m in desperate need of a new CPU. Should I go AMD and go for Ryzen 7 2700x with new motherboard, cooling and maybe PSU? Or intel i7 8700k?

Better suggestions are very welcome. Thanks in advance!
