Transforming Goku Black

Hi all, I'm fairly new to Dokkan but one of my friends was quitting and gave me his JP with the new Goku Black. I've max leveled him and Dokkan awakened as well but on his attack animation I dont see him transform? If im missing something obvious im sorry, just not quite sure if I did something wrong
