Some advice for people who think that their aim is bad in the MCC

Try out team snipers across all 4 Halo games. It really helps build up your aim, even if it is bullshit at certain times.

Another tip is to keep your Sniper rifle’s reticle at head height and swipe when you want to kill. I’m already getting thrice as many headshots as I used to.
