Best Way To Replace Cable Company Security System with PoE Cameras

I live in an area with a small cable company (Comporium) and their monitored security service is obviously something else that they've re-branded. It's a mostly wireless setup with sensors on the doors and 4 cameras, and it's terrible.

My biggest complaint is that it's slow. It's slow to bring up the camera feeds, and it's slow to actually take pictures when there is activity. It doesn't matter if I'm using the control panel, the web interface or the app for the phone, bringing up the cameras is a nightmare. What's infuriating about the whole thing is that I actually took the time to route CAT6 through my house to plug them in directly into the home security hub in an attempt to make it better, and it didn't.

It's supposed to take 5 pictures every time it sees movement, or record video depending on how I have it configured. I can even configure the sensitivity. It's so slow, that if someone comes on my porch and drops off a package, the only pictures that happen are the package sitting on the porch. So if someone were to actually steal a package, it would never see them, I'd just have pictures of the package being gone. If it sees me coming in or out the door, it just takes pictures after I'm already gone. It's infuriating.

I would like suggestions on replacing this setup. I technically bought the equipment, so I don't know if I can repurpose it or if I have to trash it and start over.

My Control Panel looks like this. It's a "TCA203 CMPG" which apparently is a Technicolor product.

My 4 Camera's look like this. I have 3 outside and 1 inside. Each one is hard wired with CAT6 but they aren't actually PoE cameras, they have these ridiculous adapters that split the signal and power with AC/DC power bricks. I don't know anything about the brand or model numbers (I'd have to get on a ladder to take one down to look).

So any guidance on reusing what I have, or recommending a replacement that will make use of my preexisting wiring would be great.
