What is the best racing game on PS4?

I want to play a good racing game that feels arcade like with great gameplay, a wide variety of cars and a good soundtrack. I DO NOT want the cars to feel too realistic like The Crew 2. Yeah I know i'm picky. Does anyone have any suggestions? I saw the latest Need for Speed is on sale, is that any good?

Edit: Just ignore my comment about The Crew 2 being realistic, I realize now that it sounds dumb to call it that.

Also I LOVE Pagani's, so any games with them in are a bonus.

Thanks in advance!
