PSA: Vendor has no caps? Try selling anyway

I haven't seen anyone mention this so I thought I would. Very often my vendors will show as having zero caps and then once I sell something to them their actual cap total shows. I would only be able to sell stuff 1/10th the times that I do now if I didn't know to try even when they said they had no money.
