Win10 random constant freezes

Basically title, recently bought an SSD, installed windows 8.1 with the original cd and then upgraded to windows 10. Before the OS update I didn't have any issues so I'm pretty sure It's not the ssd. Have also done sfc scans, memory scans, changed power plan settings, updated all my drivers except for my motherboard, etc. The freezes still occur after that and are completely random, they sometimes occur during gaming and other times webbrowsing, watching videos, using photoshop and other programs... No crashes at all though, only freezes of about 10-30 seconds which are very annoying.
