The fear of shopping while pre-everything

It’s one of the hardest things for me, I simply want to buy some nail polish, and I leave the house feeling pretty confident. Soon as I make it to Walmart though, I’m instantly worried to set foot in the makeup isle. I’m worried about getting a weird look or being called out in front of people. And I’ve wanted to buy other things too like maybe a small purse, but it’s all so worrying.. and I walk away thinking about how easy it would have been
