Is there a way to setup direct deposit between 2 banks on mypay?

I’m planning on using USAA when i get out in 2 years, so I’ve been trying to slowly add money there in a “deposit and forget” sort of way. Is there a way to setup a direct deposit on mypay with both navy fed and usaa in it? Will an allotment do the same thing? How long will it take to process? Any answers whatsoever would be great.
