2008 kia sportage hatch back fix

Hey everybody, I have an issue with getting my hatch back open. I think I have it narrowed down to an acuator issue (I can hear it try to click), but here's the kicker.

While every answer Ive come across seems to be absolutely right about how I can get in by opening the window and opening the back panel. I cannot open the hatch window either. If anyone has any ideas on how I can get access to the back panels or gettong the window open it would be very much appreciated.
