Does Lightyear deck not have certain BnB topics or does it follow Pathoma instead for some?

I have been trying to find the relevant cards for BnB Pathology videos like "cellular adaptations" and "cell injury" but it seems the closest I can find is "Pathoma::Growth::Cellular_Injury" which is not the same.

Am I using an outdated deck? Is the general consensus that the Pathoma cards are sufficient? Should I be making my own cards and/or supplementing with Zanki or others?
